Become a GSQC Awards Program Examiner - Register Now!

GSQC Examiner Training kicks off on Friday October 1, 2010.    We will continue our successful collaboration with the Vermont Council for Quality to provide New Hampshire and Vermont participants the opportunity to meet, network, and learn from each other.  This training is part of the GSQC's Baldrige-based Awards and Recognition Program but can be taken independently as a way to improve your organization or enhance your career.  Click here for the schedule, cost, and other details.

Schedule: (for questions or to register contact the GSQC)

• Friday, October 1st; 8am -4pm Concord, NH.   New Examiner Training  (due to the new process Recertifying Examiners must attend either the afternoon of this day, a webinar on the afternoon of October 5th, or make other arrangements with the GSQC)
• Week of October 18th. New Examiners - half-day webinar to review practice assignment (scheduled based on participant availability; optional for Recertifying Examiners)
• Tuesday, November 9th; 8am - 4pm White River Jct. VT.  Examiner Training  All Participants

Described as "...one of the best experiences that one can have in professional life." and a "mini-MBA", our annual Examiner Training program combines case study work and group learning to build a deep foundation for evaluating, building, and leading successful organizations.   In addition, completion of Examiner Training qualifies participants to serve as Award Examiners in New Hampshire, Vermont, or other states throughout the country.  Participants will evaluate a written case study using the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (10-20 hours of work).   This year's case study is on a government contractor.

Cost: (much less than an MBA course!)

• $195 for participants who commit to the full examiner process, including the potential to evaluate an award application in New Hampshire, Vermont, or one of our other partner states.
• $675 for those who want the training without further commitment to the awards evaluation.
